Artificial Intelligence Notice

This notice explains how Tech Teamz uses artificial intelligence (AI) on its website and in its services, and the safeguards we apply. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

TT AI — what it is

“TT AI” is a guided assistant on our website that helps you structure a project brief through a short series of questions. It is a rules-based tool that organises the information you provide; it is not a live generative-AI system, and it does not make automated decisions about you.

Human oversight

Every brief submitted through TT AI is reviewed by a named Tech Teamz engineer. No decision producing legal effects or similarly significant effects concerning you is taken solely by automated means, in line with Article 22 of the GDPR. Any rates, timings or squad suggestions shown are indicative and are confirmed by a person before anything is agreed.

Transparency

Where you interact with an automated feature on our website, we make that clear. We do not use AI to profile you, to score you, or to make eligibility or pricing decisions automatically. We aim to align with the transparency principles of the EU AI Act as it comes into effect.

Your information and AI

Information you submit through TT AI is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and is used to respond to your enquiry and to prepare for an engagement. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it to train third-party generative-AI models.

Use of AI in our engineering services

Where AI-assisted tools are used in delivering our engineering services (for example, AI-assisted verification, test generation or toolchain automation), they operate under the supervision of qualified engineers. Their outputs are reviewed by a person, and all work is carried out under the confidentiality and intellectual-property protections set out in the applicable client agreement. We do not input client confidential material into public AI tools without the client’s agreement.

Accuracy and limitations

Automated outputs can contain errors and are provided for information only. They are indicative, are not a binding quote or offer, and are not a substitute for professional engineering judgement.

Using TT AI is always optional. You can contact a person directly at info@techteamz.io instead of using the guided assistant.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect changes to our tools, services or applicable law, including the phased application of the EU AI Act. Please review it periodically.
